Chelsea are plotting a sensational deal with Juventus to swap Alvaro Morata for Gonzalo Higuain.
The Blues are planning to overhaul their squad with Maurizio Sarri set to take over from sacked Antonio Conte in the Stamford Bridge hot seat.
Juve are open to selling Argentine striker Higuain for £100million, to fund the £105m signing of Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, according to the Daily Mail.
The west London side are also happy to allow Morata, who they value at £53m, to rejoin the Turin giants after the Spaniard only managed 15 goals in his debut season.
Chelsea could also splash out on Daniele Rugani and Alex Sandro to help Juve’s cash problems, with Paris Saint-Germain’s Claudio Marchisio also on Sarri’s wishlist.
